Red Onion Compote, prepared by hand according to Gargano tradition with selected local onions.
Free from preservatives and colourings, it is characterised by the natural sweetness of the onions, harmonised by a slight sweet and sour note that enhances its authentic and enveloping flavour.
Ideal for gourmet aperitifs, paired with mature or fresh cheeses, meats and crostini, or to enrich refined Mediterranean dishes with an elegant and authentic touch.
INGREDIENTS: red onion, sugar, apple vinegar (apple cider, antioxidant: E224. Contains SULPHITES.).
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 5 days.
Store in a cool, dry place.
