Turnip greens with sautéed anchovies and garlic, hand-picked in the fields of Puglia and processed by hand to preserve their taste and texture.
With no preservatives or colourings, they are enriched with a flavourful sauté that provides an intense balance between the bitter note of the turnip greens and the character of the anchovies and garlic.
Ideal for seasoning a plate of steaming orecchiette pasta, making irresistible side dishes and appetisers, or adding an authentic and decisive touch to Apulian cuisine.
INGREDIENTS: turnip greens (63%), water, organic extra virgin olive oil, anchovies in olive oil (1%) (anchovies, olive oil, salt), salt, garlic.
Serving suggestions:
Pour the contents of the jar into a pan, heat for a few minutes, eat as is or toss in a pan with orecchiette pasta, adding a drizzle of IL SECOLARE Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
