Processed by hand according to local tradition, without preservatives or colourings, they have a full, harmonious and genuine flavour.
Their tender texture and Mediterranean aroma make them ideal for gourmet aperitifs, refined starters, sophisticated side dishes or to enhance Apulian cuisine recipes.
INGREDIENTS: artichokes (61%), organic extra virgin olive oil (30%), vinegar, garlic, oregano, chilli pepper, salt.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
Store in a cool, dry place.
