Free from preservatives and colourings, it has a creamy, velvety texture and a delicate, aromatic flavour, with slightly herbaceous notes and a hint of natural sweetness that enhances the authentic taste of Apulian artichokes.

Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
