Pignata is one of our typical dishes, Carpino broad beans cooked in a clay pot (Pignata) where our legumes are cooked in the traditional way.

We cook them in a cooking pot to give them the same flavour. Ingredients: dried Carpino broad beans, cherry tomatoes, red onion, oregano. Excellent as a main course when reheated, or as a first course with rice, pasta or toasted bread.

Simply reheat in a bain-marie or in a small pan and season with a drizzle of raw oil.
