A story of family, cooperative and territory

Sapori Dal Gargano was created by the Cooperativa Agricola Vaira Society with the aim of bringing the authentic flavours of a unique territory to its online shop. A brand that embodies experience, tradition and agricultural passion handed down through generations.

The Cooperativa Agricola Vaira has always been involved in the production of extra virgin olive oil on a farm of over 50 hectares in the municipality of Carpino (FG), an area belonging to the National Association of Oil Cities.

Today, Raffaella Vaira, Chair of the Board of Directors and administrator of the cooperative, supported by her sisters Maria Grazia Pia, Vice Chair of the Board of Directors, and Antonietta, Councillor, continues to preserve and renew family traditions. This journey has led to the entire oil production chain obtaining organic certification and the expansion of production to include pickles, jams, marmalades, compotes and purées, made exclusively with vegetables and fruit grown and harvested in the Gargano National Park.

From the care of the land and plants to harvesting, transport, milling and bottling, every stage of production is subject to methodical and constant checks, using non-invasive processes and exclusively natural extracts in the cultivation of the olive trees.

The result is an organic extra virgin olive oil of undisputed quality with an authentic and unmistakable flavour, the beating heart of Sapori Dal Gargano and an ingredient of excellence in the preserved products offered in the online shop.

Participates in strategic business decisions and supports operational and commercial development activities, contributing to the promotion of the cooperative's products and regional identity.

Assists the chair in the organisational and administrative management of the cooperative. Contributes to the control of the supply chain and the maintenance of the quality and organic standards that distinguish the production.
