Sun-dried tomato pâté, prepared with selected sun-dried tomatoes and handcrafted according to Apulian gastronomic tradition.
Free from preservatives and colourings, it releases an intense and enveloping flavour, with sweet and slightly acidic notes, enriched with natural Mediterranean aromas. Its creamy texture makes it perfect for spreading or using as a condiment.
Ideal on gourmet crostini and bruschetta, as an ingredient in first courses, finger food or sophisticated appetisers, and to give an authentic and refined touch to Mediterranean cuisine.
INGREDIENTS: sun-dried tomatoes (7.5%), extra virgin olive oil, garlic, capers, vinegar, salt, oregano, chilli pepper.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
Store in a cool, dry place.
