After being gently prepared, they are immersed in extra virgin olive oil, which brings out their natural flavour and makes them tender, fragrant and ready to enjoy.
With no preservatives or colourings, they retain all the authentic character of freshly harvested broad beans, combined with the quality of our organic extra virgin olive oil.
Ready to eat, they are perfect as a rustic starter, a tasty side dish or an ingredient to enhance bruschetta, salads, platters and Mediterranean dishes.

Serving suggestions:
Open the jar a few minutes before serving to fully appreciate the aroma and flavour.
Serve on a serving plate with the oil from the jar.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
