Natural turnip greens, hand-picked in the fields of Puglia and carefully processed to preserve their freshness, colour and authentic flavour.
With no preservatives or colourings, they release the intense and slightly bitter flavour typical of the Mediterranean tradition, with a fresh and crunchy note reminiscent of the authenticity of Puglia’s vegetable gardens.
Perfect for seasoning a plate of steaming orecchiette pasta, enriching authentic side dishes, flavouring soups and omelettes or adding character to creative recipes, bringing all the authentic taste of Puglia and its traditional cuisine to the table.

Serving suggestions:
- With crostini as an aperitif;
- As a side dish;
- As a pasta sauce (orecchiette and a drizzle of organic extra virgin olive oil).
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
