Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil – Cold pressed within 24 hours of harvesting and made exclusively from olives harvested from the trees on our farm in Carpino (FG).
The advantages of Extra Virgin Olive Oil in Bag in Box
- The bag in box protects the oil from air and therefore from oxidation. The inner bag is vacuum-sealed and compresses as the oil is dispensed. In addition, the dispenser tap is equipped with a valve that prevents air reflux.
- The bag-in-box does not require the oil to be decanted, unlike the tin which, it should be remembered, once opened must be completely emptied into tightly closed dark glass bottles, making it a time- and space-saving solution!
- The bag-in-box protects the oil from temperature changes thanks to the cardboard container that forms a sort of air chamber around the bag containing the oil;
- The bag-in-box is as solid and resistant as a tin, but unlike a tin, it does not dent and does not risk rusting;
- The bag-in-box eliminates waste, as every last drop of oil can be used!
It is practical, easy to handle, easy to transport, completely recyclable and even attractive to display, perhaps on a kitchen shelf, so that the oil is always close at hand and ready to use.
