It’s impossible to find fault with it! This soup, typical of the Gargano area, is easy to make, delicious and as healthy as they come.
It contains two simple, natural ingredients: dried shelled broad beans (soaked beforehand) and wild chicory from early spring.
INGREDIENTS: water, chicory (26%), shelled broad beans (15%), salt, tomato, garlic, oregano.
Serving suggestions:
Pour the contents of the jar into a pan, add a little water and heat for a few minutes, then pour onto a plate and add a drizzle of IL SECOLARE Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
Store in a cool, dry place.
