Description
The traditional broad bean soup is prepared by soaking the dried beans for 12 hours and cooking them in a pan with sautéed onions for 5-6 minutes.
Then add plenty of water and leave to cook for 2 hours, seasoning at the end with salt, oregano and extra virgin olive oil.
Everything is ready in a jar, just heat it up and season with extra virgin olive oil.
With no preservatives or colourings, it releases an intense and enveloping flavour, reminiscent of the authentic tastes of country cooking.
Ideal as a gourmet ready meal, hot appetiser or refined side dish, perfect to enjoy with homemade bread, croutons or as a base for creative recipes.

Serving suggestions:
Pour the contents of the jar into a pan, heat for a few minutes, then pour onto a plate and add a drizzle of IL SECOLARE Organic Extra Virgin Olive Oil.
Once opened, store in the refrigerator and consume within 2 days.
